- Saul Ziff Marries Pittsburgh Girl Sunday Afternoon
PHILIPSBURG - A reception for a large number of relatives and friends was held at the William Penn Hotel in Pittsburgh Sunday afternoon following the marriage of Saul Ziff and Ruth Harris of Pittsburgh in the Cardinal Room of the hotel. Rabbi Lichtner of Pittsburgh performed the ceremony at 4:30 Sunday. The bride wore a white satin, floor-length gown and her attendant, Miss Marilyn Frank, work old rose. Morton Stevel of Tyrone was best man. Ushers were Herman and Al Ziff, Philipsburg, brothers of the bridegroom. Following a honeymoon in Florida, the couple will reside in Philipsburg where Mr. Ziff is manager of the Ziff Clothing of the Ziff Store, Front Street. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Phil Harris of Pittsburgh and the bridegrooms parents are Mr. and Mrs. Simon Ziff of 524 Spruce Street,Philipsburg.
