Robert R. Gamache, 75, resident of Putnum Pike, Chepachet, RI.
died on Monday, January 30, 2006 at St. Joseph Hospital, Fatima Unit in North Providence, RI. after a brief illness.
Loving Husband of Therese (Jacques) Gamache.
He was born February 17, 1930, in Woonsocket, RI
Son of the late Narcisse and Lea (Hebert) Gamache.
Mr. Gamache worked for the former R.C. Harvey Co. in Woonsocket for several years, as a boss-foreman, retiring due to an accident at the company where he lost his arm. He also worked for for the Bellingham Textile Co and Buckley & Mann Co. in Franklin MA. Being disabled Mr. Gamache was also an avid carpeneter, and made arts and crafts, he also shingled his own roof on his home. He raised pigeons and rabbits. He and his wife were married 53 years.
