- Stewart Kathryn Jean Stewart, age 61, a long-time resident of Columbus and Cleveland, Ohio; raised in Alpena, Michigan, passed away as a result of a car accident on the evening of March 30, 2013, at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Born August 6, 1951 she was predeceased by her parents William and Margret Gamache. Kathy was an x-ray/mammography technician and worked at The Ohio State Medical Center for the past 12 years. She was an active member of St. Michael Catholic Church and member of the Respect Life Group. She volunteered often with the parish and the National Hemophilia Foundation. She enjoyed helping those in need and spending time with her family. Loving survivors include her husband of 37 years, Jeffrey Stewart; sons, Matthew, Nelson and Mark Stewart; daughter, Vanessa Stewart; grandson, Jacob Neudecker; and her 12 siblings. Friends may call 5-8 p.m. Friday at the EGAN-RYAN NORTHWEST FUNERAL HOME, 4661 Kenny Rd. in Columbus, Ohio. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Michael Catholic Church on April 13, 2013 at 10 a.m. Burial service will immediately follow at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery.
