Deceased Name: Donald Gamache, owned, operated Greylock Ice & Fuel
Donald L. Gamache, 60, of 28 Valley St., owner of Greylock Ice & Fuel Company, died Friday in North Adams Regional Hospital.
He operated the business on Orcutt Street with his father, Edward for many years, and took it over in 1984.
He was born in Adams and attended local schools.
He was a communicant of of St. Stanislaus Church.
He leaves his wife, the former Adella Rogowski; two sons, Donald Jr. and Richard, both of Adams; a daughter, Barbara Bushey of North Adams, a brother, Edward; two sisters, Edith Parker and Carol Macksey, all of Adams; and five grandchildren.
The funeral will be Tuesday morning at the Trottier-Pringle Funeral Home and in the church with burial in St. Stanislaus Cemetery. Calling hours will be this afternoon and evening.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Stanislaus School or the church in care of the funeral home.
