Barbara A. (Juckett) Hall

QUEENSBURY ? Barbara A. (Juckett) Hall, 71, passed away on Sunday, Feb. 19, 2017 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Born on Dec. 14, 1945 in Glens Falls Hospital, she was the daughter of Burtrice (Vannier) Juckett and the late Alvah Juckett.
Barb loved the outdoors, decorating the yard and both front and back decks with lawn ornaments and waterfalls; she also had a unique way of arranging plants and bushes. She was a collector of bird and owl statues, David Winter Cottages and Jim Shore Santas. Barb always put everyone first, no matter what the situation.
Due to her husband?s time in the service they traveled throughout the United States and Europe, especially enjoying their time living in Alaska and Germany. Upon settling in the Queensbury, she went to work for K-Mart and was a dedicated employee for 19 years before retiring in 2011.
In addition to her father, she was predeceased by her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Gordon Marshall and Kathryn DeMay Hall.
In addition to her mother, Barb is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, John Hall of Queensbury; her son and daughter in law, Steve (Antoinette) Hall; granddaughter, Kendra Hall and grandsons, Kaleb and Jayden Hall, all of Saratoga; her daughter and son in law, Erin (Julian) Gamache and grandsons, Jacob and Julian Gamache, all of South Glens Falls; brothers, Marc (Nancy) Juckett of Colchester, Vermont and David (Shawn) Juckett of Hudson Falls; sisters, Nancy Morris of Granville, Melanie Hughes of Glens Falls and Jacquelyn (Rick) Lamy of Machester, New Hampshire. She is also survived by her brother in law, Tom Hall; sisters in law, Kathy (Hank) Littler, Barbara (Ron) Michieli, Marilyn (Ken) Moncrief and Jude Hall Trafford; along with several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services and burial will take place privately for family.
Family and friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 22, at the Regan Denny Stafford Funeral Home, 53 Quaker Road, Queensbury.
The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff at the Glens Falls Hospital and the ladies of High Peaks Hospice for all their wonderful care and compassion in caring for Barbara and her family during this difficult time.
