Lisa O?Neill, 48, of Eddyville, died Sunday, May 23, 2010, at 11:42 a.m. at her home.
A homemaker, former bus driver for the Lyon County School System and member of the Baptist faith, she was a daughter of Robert Moore Jr. of Dawson Springs and the late Thelma Lamb Moore.
Survivors in addition to her father include her husband, Patrick Michael O?Neill; a daughter and son-in-law, Cristal and Doug Ramey of Eddyville; a son, Jason Gamache of eastern Kentucky; two grandchildren, Serenity and Gabriel Ramey of Eddyville; a brother, Timmy Lee Moore of Madisonville; and a sister, Dianna Walsh of Panama City, Fla.
There will be no visitation or services.
Private memorial services will be held at a later date.
Lakeland Funeral Home in Eddyville is in charge of arrangements.

Lisa Gayle Moore O'Neill, 49, passed away May 23, 2010 at her home in Eddyville, Ky after an extended illness due to complications from gastric bypass. She was a homemaker, former bus driver for the Lyon County School System and member of the Baptist faith. Born in Gary, Indiana July 26, 1961 to Thelma (Lamb) and Robert Moore, Jr of Dawson Springs.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Thelma Moore.
Survivors, in addition to her father include her husband, Patrick Michael O'Neill; daughter Cristal (and Doug ) Ramey of Eddyville; son, Jason Gamache of eastern Kentucky; two grandchildren, Serenity Mosely and Gabriel Ramey ; brother, Timothy Moore of Madisonville; and sister, Dianna Walsh of Panama City, Fla.
A memorial service for the family was held at Rosedale Cemetery, Dawson Springs where her ashes were interred with her Mother.
